I'm here to share that sometimes you're just going thru a massive unraveling and spiritual awakening, and that could be activated by astrological transits aspecting your birth chart...
There's a simple ritual you can perform to calm the energy and help you ground your anxiety or lack of feeling rooted.
Insert Lavender as your new bestie.
You'll need one bundle of dried lavender. This can be in a pouch form, loose or in its branch as seen pictured above.
Here's How Lavender will Bring Balance and Calm into Your Life During Chaos or Unexpected Events:
You can place a pouch of dried lavender until your pillow or bed at night and refresh every 28 days.
You will also want to most especially place lavender [you can even plant a real plant outside your home if possible] in a vase or offering bowl outside of your front door and back doors. If it's safer to place inside the unit by the door that works as well to avoid it from being stolen or broken.
Lavender is also a plant of protection and it works with the spirits of the quantum realm. It comes with soft energy that grounds one's heart chakra and soothes the mind as it helps with anxiety and overthinking as well. Placing this plant at your entrances will help you keep out unwanted chaotic energy that might want to attach to you thru cords, and energy attachments - especially if you're undergoing or dealing with toxic personalities and situations.
Placing this plant under your pillow or near your bed will help you shed and release pent up energy and lavender will transmute it so it's not lingering in your home creating more instability and hectic energy. It immediately brings a comforting energy into your home.
You can perform this anytime of year. Especially great during eclipse season. Toss lavender at a dumpster once done and not in your home trash bin.
And so it is.
May you manifest wisely,
